RhinoV2 Is a point INSIDE or OUTSIDE of solid object i.e. closed polysurface?

or	initial setup : startup.txt download In_or_Out#1 works with the surfaces only download In_or_Out#2 works with the surfaces or closed/joined polysurface (different algorithm)
